What are your payment methods?

3) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery? How does it work?

Yes we do! Upon check out you will have an option to choose COD which comes with an additional cost of P30. Once your order arrives our courier will present the total to which you pay directly to, to receive your items. Our drivers do not bring change so please present the exact amount!

Can I add/change items in my order?

 Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we cannot change the items for that order. If ever, you can email us immediately to cancel that order and create a new order with the items you are 100% sure of. 


Can I cancel my order?

Please email us directly at retail@simplyskin.ph within 2 hours of making your order if you wish you cancel your order. 

 

 


 

How much is your shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is dependent on the area. For Metro Manila its a flat rate of P60 while for Greater Manila Area (Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal) it's a flat rate of P100.

How can I avail the free Metro Manila shipping?

If your total purchase reaches P1,500 we allow free shipping and free COD for your order. 

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders out in the morning Mondays to Friday. For all orders made on Friday Saturday and Sunday those are shipping Monday morning.

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

We will try to get your order to you as fast as possible but please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive!

Where will my order ship from?

It will be shipping from our office in Metro Manila. 

What areas do you cover for Greater Manila?

We currently cover Laguna, Bulacan, Cavite: Bacoor, Carmona, Dasmarinas, General Trias, GMA, Imus, Kawit, Molino, Noveleta, and Rosario, while for Rizal: Angono, Antipolo, Binangonan, Cainta, Rodriguez, San Mateo and Taytay

 


 

An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

Please email us at retail@simplyskin.ph with the subject as: Missing Item Order # [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us at retail@simplyskin.ph immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not allow any returns or exchanges.
